Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Provide leadership training and drive store performance.
