Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee a single Panda Express store, guiding hiring, supervision, and daily operations to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and retirement plans. Eligible associates may receive paid time off and opportunities for growth into management

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Provide leadership training and development through the 8+ week store leadership training program.
