Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location in California. You will oversee daily store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage the team to meet financial goals.

You will complete an 8+ week leadership training program and have access to ongoing development, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits as part of our management track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete and benefit from 8+ weeks of store leadership training.
