Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will be in charge of operating a single Panda Express store, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship through the Store Management Leadership Training program.
• Drive ongoing store performance and guest satisfaction by executing company standards.
