Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in California. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Requires flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, guiding associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and directing staff to ensure exceptional service and store performance.
• Complete store leadership training program (8+ weeks) to prepare for success in store management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food handling, and company policies.
