Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest expectations.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
