Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to work within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead the team.
• Hire, train, and motivate staff to meet financial goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
• Coordinate an 8+ week leadership training program.
