As a Store Manager you will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and coach staff, drive financial results, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ weeks Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
