Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program, mentorship, and ongoing Panda community support to help you succeed as a leader within our growing family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
