Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents including diagrams and procedures.
• Able to perform basic math and percentages for operating metrics.
• Familiarity with cash handling and deposit control procedures.
• Experience with IBM cash register and reporting functionality.
• Understanding of inventory management and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store employees, ensuring proper staffing and training.
• Manage all store processes: ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation and selling.
• Monitor sales, expenses and inventory to meet targets and shrink control.
• Enforce safety, security and company policies consistently.
• Open/close the store as required and ensure cash accountability.
