Qualifications

• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, evaluate performance, and counsel as needed.
• Set pay rate recommendations and oversee advancement.
• Communicate expectations and coordinate safety meetings.
• Open/close store as required; manage daily operations.
• Analyze sales, shrink, and inventory to drive results.
• Manage ordering to meet in-stock targets and cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash controls.
• Lead customer service and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
