Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training and a comprehensive benefits package. This role offers opportunities for growth into management positions and a strong focus on development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
