Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and development for store personnel; recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and coach.
• Drive WOW! Customer Service and create outstanding shopping experiences; ensure effective communication within the team.
• Oversee store operations and the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager; manage safety and PPE compliance.
• Analyze and reconcile Profit & Loss statements; monitor cash flow, inventory, and security to improve profitability.
• Delegate merchandising tasks, give performance feedback, and conduct evaluations to build a culture of success.
