The role requires proven leadership, ability to analyze P&L, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You’ll mentor staff, build a positive work culture, and deliver exceptional store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily store operations and inspire the team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel.
• Assume responsibility for store operations and commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Motivate employees to excel in their roles and improve productivity.
• Ensure clear internal communication and timely updates within the team.
• Address customer concerns professionally, turning complaints into compliments.
• Conduct and review opening/closing procedures and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security to optimize profitability.
• Analyze and reconcile Profit & Loss statements, tracking store performance.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and provide performance feedback.
