Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with strong communication, decision-making, and sales-driving skills.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise safely.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in managing, analyzing, and reconciling Profit & Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel.
• Assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Motivate employees to excel and enhance productivity.
• Deliver WOW! customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security to optimize profitability.
• Lead opening and closing procedures and ensure PPE compliance.
