Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and inspire the team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, safety, and risk management.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security to optimize profitability.
• Analyze Profit & Loss, store performance, and drive sales growth.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct evaluations.

Skills

Basic automotive parts knowledge

Bilingual: Spanish and English

ASE Certification (preferred)
