• Lead store operations and develop the team for high performance.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel.
• Ensure safety, risk management, and PPE compliance in daily operations.
• Drive WOW! customer service and sales performance with accurate inventory and merchandising.
• Analyze and reconcile Profit & Loss statements and optimize profitability.
• Delegate merchandising tasks, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations.
