Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and develop the team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and coach store personnel.
• Manage opening and closing procedures and day-to-day store activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE usage; handle emergencies per policy.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security to drive profitability; analyze P&L.
