Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and develop a high-performing team.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop store personnel.
• Oversee store operations and the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Motivate employees to excel and improve productivity.
• Communicate effectively within the team and provide timely updates.
• Address customer concerns professionally and turn complaints into compliments.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures and manage safety protocols.
