Qualifications

• 1–6 years of leadership experience in retail or service industries.
• Luxury or fashion background is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with retail systems like labor management, inventory, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences.
