Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles of home.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead the store in accordance with Panda leadership expectations and training programs.
• Support progression toward General Manager through ongoing development.
