Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store teams.
• Ability to set objectives and organize work to meet/exceed goals.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with associates.
• Ability to train, coach and develop associates.
• Exercises independent judgment, partnering with Territory Sales Manager as needed.
• Cognitive skills including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
• Experience leading general retail practices and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the customer connection by developing talent and coaching moments to power customer relationships.
• Lead talent discovery and succession planning to elevate sales growth.
• Own daily store operations from pricing to inventory and all in-between.
• Leverage data and observations to refine strategies and drive results.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive culture and engage the team to boost retention.
