Famous Footwear is seeking a Store Manager who leads with passion for serving the community and delivering the best shoe store experience for families. You will train and coach a team, manage daily operations, and drive sales growth while maintaining an engaging, inclusive store culture.

You’ll own staffing, store standards, and performance metrics, inspiring associates to deliver exceptional customer service and a compelling in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail store leadership or management preferred.
• Ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets and growth goals.
• Strong customer service focus and store presentation standards.
• Experience in training and coaching associates to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the customer connection through integrity and drive, building relationships and operational excellence.
• Lead talent discovery and develop succession plans for leadership roles.
• Own daily store operations including pricing, inventory, and staffing to ensure flawless service.
• Leverage insights from sales data to refine strategies and boost performance.
• Foster a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and team engagement to improve retention.
