Job summary

Caleres is seeking a Store Manager in Reynoldsburg, OH to lead a dedicated team in delivering the best shoe store experience for families. You will champion customer connections, coach associates, and manage pricing, inventory, and shipments to keep the store running smoothly.

You are a people leader who motivates the team to achieve sales targets and growth goals, while embracing a culture of inclusivity and operation excellence in line with Famous Footwear, Naturalizer, Sam Edelman, and Allen

Qualifications

• Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams.
• Demonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work to meet them.
• Displays an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store associates at all levels.
• Exhibits ability to train, coach and develop associates.
• Can work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
