Job summary

Famous Footwear in Wisconsin seeks a Store Manager who is passionate about serving the community by delivering the best shoe store experience for the whole family. You will lead a store team, drive sales growth, and champion operational excellence with integrity and a customer-first mindset.

You’ll develop talent, manage daily operations from pricing to inventory, and create a welcoming in-store culture where customers say “I’ll take it” and return for the Famous Feeling.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams.
• Demonstrates ability to set objectives and goals and organize work appropriately to meet and exceed goals.
• Displays ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels.
• Exhibits ability to train, coach and develop Associates.
• Can work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
