Famous Footwear is hiring a Sales Associate in Ohio who loves shoes and delivering an inviting in-store experience. You’ll greet customers, help them find the perfect fit, and contribute to a welcoming store culture that keeps guests coming back.

You’ll handle daily store operations, assist with merchandising, and share fashion insights to keep our customers informed about the latest trends. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility in schedule, and a dedication to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with store teams.
• Clear positive communication with store associates at all levels.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with Store Sales Manager as needed.
• Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
