Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile premium retailer in Ossining, NY, seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive revenue. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, inventory control, loss prevention, and community engagement. Flexibility for nights/weekends is required; 2–3 years retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience leading a retail team and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, training, and performance.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own the full operation of the retail store, including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash, and inventory.
• Screen and hire outstanding talent and recruit sales staff continuously.
• Lead a winning sales team on the floor and coach employees to meet performance goals.
• Manage recruitment, retention and employee relations within the business.
• Ensure visual merchandising adheres to brand standards and drives revenue.
• Develop and implement marketing and community engagement activities.
• Oversee P&L, loss prevention, and overall store profitability.
