Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring, guiding and directing associates, and driving financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
