Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, including hiring, training, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship within a supportive Panda community designed to help your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive store performance and guest satisfaction through effective leadership and operations management.
