Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and company policies; ensure store is properly staffed.
• Provide proper training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for solutions and counseling.
• Make recommendations regarding employee pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
• Ensure store is appropriately staffed and opened/closed each day.
• Open the store at least twice and close at least twice per week.
• Evaluate operating statements for sales, profitability and turnover, and control expenses.
