Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and evaluate staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to labor laws.
• Provide training and conduct performance evaluations.
