Qualifications

• College preferred or 1-3 years management experience in a retail environment.
• Energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coaches and develops store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitors staffing and recruitment to ensure adequate coverage.
• Manages merchandising, promotions, and store branding.
• Ensures loss prevention and asset protection procedures are followed.
• Travels occasionally to other stores or support center as needed.
