TEAM Wireless is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, grow a high-performing sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, coach, and develop Sales Representatives while ensuring operational excellence and achievement of company sales goals.

The role requires leading by example, coaching staff, and driving profitability aligned with Verizon performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales management experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Verizon Wireless experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and business objectives.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for leading teams and helping others succeed.
