Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including staffing and directing associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead hiring, training and supervision to build a strong store team.
• Support an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success in store management.
