Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to support success of the store.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks Store Management Leadership Training program to prepare for leadership responsibilities.
