We provide an eight-week leadership training program and mentorship to help you succeed, with a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead the eight-week store leadership training program.
