Lush is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit, train, and develop the store team, uphold brand standards, and manage budgets and KPIs to achieve business goals.

You’ll lead by example, embodying our values while fostering growth and a positive, inclusive store culture. This role is based in Dallas, TX, and reports to the store leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting your team
• Training and developing your management team
• Training and developing your team on brand, product, and service
• Customer Service: exceed daily sales goals and create a welcoming, inclusive experience
• Building the Brand: educate customers and staff on brand values and ethics
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations
• Driving Sales: develop plans to hit short- and long-term sales KPIs
• Leadership Practices and Staff Development: coach and support your team
• DEIB: foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through training and initiatives
• Engagement and Performance: balance data with empathy when addressing performance
• Recruitment and Selection: build diverse teams and ensure equity in interviews and promotions
• Policies and Procedures: enforce standards for time, attendance, health and safety
• Stock and Inventory: manage ordering, rotation, and waste within budget
• Visuals and Merchandising: execute merchandising plans and uphold brand standards
