Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager in the Denver area to lead daily operations, develop the team, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff on brand, product, and service while managing budgets and sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting your team.
• Training and developing your management team and staff on brand, product, and service.
• Oversee all aspects of the retail business, from managing budgets to exceeding sales targets.
• Create an environment that fosters a strong customer experience, staff experience, and operational excellence.
• Lead your team to greatness by seeking feedback, resources, and opportunities to grow and develop.
• Develop plans to exceed daily sales goals and ensure inclusive customer experiences.
• Educate customers and staff on our brand values and ethical practices in shop and through community engagement.
• Increase product knowledge and consistently make informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Develop and execute business plans that align with the American business strategy to improve KPIs and sales.
