Job summary

Lush North America stores are seeking a Store Manager who will lead and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and upholding our ethical standards. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage budgets, inventory, and daily operations to achieve store KPIs.

You’ll champion brand values, fight animal testing, and promote sustainable practices while fostering a welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in retail
• Strong HR skills: hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organization and time management
• Passion for skincare and ethical business
• Flexible hours including holidays, evenings, weekends

Responsibilities
