Job summary

Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager in Denver to lead a high-energy retail team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets, and drive sales while upholding brand values across our stores in the US and Canada.

You’ll supervise operations, monitor KPIs, and foster a diverse, engaging work environment with a focus on staff development and ethical practices. This role offers growth potential within Lush.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
