Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store. You will motivate staff, ensure policies are followed, and drive KPIs while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll supervise floor operations, coach sales associates, manage visual directives, and oversee merchandise flow. This full-time role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work 32–40 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays.
