Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store environment.
• Resolve customer issues following policy and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store and stockroom.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to improve experience.
• Cover non-peak periods as floor supervisor when needed.
• Coach sales associates and provide performance feedback.
• Enforce company standards and visual directives.
• Drive store efficiency and ensure merchandise presentation is optimal.
