Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable store location. You will motivate the team to deliver an engaging and authentic customer experience while upholding policies and KPIs.

In this role you will coach Sales Associates, maintain a clean and safe store environment, drive visual standards, and ensure execution of company directives. Flexibility to cover peak periods and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience as a floor leader.
• Handle customer situations in line with policy and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and stockroom.
• Coach and provide feedback to Sales Associates on performance.
• Ensure visual standards and company directives are followed.
• Support store operations and drive KPI achievement.
