KnitWell Group, a specialty retail operating company, is seeking a Store Manager for Store 3360-Kenwood Towne Center in Cincinnati, OH. Lead a retail team to deliver a customer-centered experience while driving store performance and hospitality.

You will hire, coach, schedule, and develop talent, achieve sales goals, and use reporting to plan improvements, all while upholding brand standards and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience
• 2 of those years in a Store Manager position
• Demonstrates ownership mindset and leads by example
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills
• Ability to drive results through reporting analysis and planning

• Define vision and strategy to prioritize a customer-centered culture
• Hire, develop and coach a retail team
• Own store financial performance, payroll and schedules, and sales goals
• Lead the team, set expectations, provide feedback and empower others
