The position offers base pay plus commissions/bonus potential, and an opportunity to advance through a Manager in Training program. Candidates should be 18+, able to work 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn.
• Completion of Manager in Training or equivalent program.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales goals and performance standards.
• Recruit, interview and hire qualified in-store staff.
• Train and develop sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce policies.
• Implement company initiatives per direction.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews.
