You’ll coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage store operations, payroll, and budgets, and drive sales through people development and merchandising excellence. This role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in retail management, and proficiency with Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience (direct reports).
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills with Outlook and Excel.
