Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• 3+ years of retail management experience with a track record of leading teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including ASM, shift leads, and sales associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure store execution, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales.
• Manage labor, inventory, store merchandising, and loyal membership program.
• Recruit, hire, train, and provide development paths for staff.
• Ensure cash handling, SOP adherence, and a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
