Job summary

Casey’s Store Manager is responsible for leading a team and delivering Casey’s Here for Good in the community. You’ll oversee guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation to create a fun, helpful store atmosphere.

You will hire, train, and coach team members, manage labor and scheduling, oversee daily bookwork and inventories, and partner with the District Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way, coaching them to succeed
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service)
• Manage labor budget and staffing needs for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, audits, merchandise orders; manage inventory and DS deliveries; ensure asset protection
