Casey’s Store Manager role invites you to lead a store team in serving guests and the community with enthusiasm and pride. You’ll drive sales, uphold Casey’s standards, and coach Team Members to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fun store atmosphere.

You’ll manage staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention while partnering with district leadership to execute store action plans that improve KPIs and ensure a safe, profitable operation.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Ability to build, develop, and lead a team.
• Prioritize tasks and drive performance to accomplish goals.
• Ownership mindset.
• Clear communication.
• Flexibility to cover varied hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Driver's license preferred for store manager.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean and build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members; coach and mentor.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing, schedules, and ensure updates are communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventory orders, asset protection, and audits.
• Develop Store Action Plans with the District Manager to improve KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure required trainings are completed.
