Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies.
• Provide proper training, conduct evaluations and counsel as needed.
• Make recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Ensure store opens and closes properly and staffing is adequate.
• Open/close the store at least twice weekly.
• Evaluate operating statements for trends and cost-control opportunities.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels; review weekly plans.
• Stage, stock and store merchandise following company processes.
• Present merchandise with correct pricing and signage.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls; protect assets.
• Uphold cash integrity and security practices.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Ensure required tools and equipment are available.
• Follow SOPs and paperwork deadlines.
